BREAKING NEWS: ADUN RECEIVES PERMANENT LICENSE

Recall that in November last year, the National Universities Commission visited to assess Admiralty University of Nigeria for a Permanent License. The Team forensically examined all the facilities, staffing profile, admission status and Management systems. At their exit interview with the Vice Chancellor and the Deans, the Team shared critical reviews of what they found. They noted the University's strengths, pointed out areas needing improvement and concluded by saying:

 "we can see greatness,  keep up your good works".

 

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Paul Omojo Omaji on Thursday 22nd April, 2021 announced to members of staff of the University with profound joy and appreciation, that the University received NUC's Permanent License within the week. "This is one great milestone we have achieved. Needless to say, it is the result of remarkable  dedications and contributions of all Admiralties  who have continued to wish ADUN well." He said.

ADMIRALTY UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA COMMISSIONS A 100% INTERNALLY FABRICATED FOOT-PEDALLED HAND-WASHING MACHINE

The Vice Chancellor and President of the Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN), Ibusa Ogwashi-Uku Delta State, Professor Paul Omojo Omaji, on Thursday 7th, May 2020 commissioned a hand washing machine to help curb the spread of COVID-19. The machine project is to encourage healthy living through frequent washing of hands, as staff and visitors come to the University following the partial lifting of lockdowns. The device, installed at the University gate and christened ‘VISA INTO ADUN COUNTRY’, is intended for use by every visitor to, or returning member of the University community. This, in addition to an infrared temperature check at the gate, is part of the now established mandatory protocols before access is allowed into the University Campus.
