ADUN CELEBRATES 100 MATRICULATED STUDENTS

Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN) celebrated 100 students who were admitted for the 2019/2020 Academic Session on Saturday 7th November, 2020. The celebration of the already matriculated Admirables (students) reflects the University’s commitment to fulfilling the promise made to students on their matriculation day.

According to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Paul Omaji during his remarks, “the vision, the mission, the objectives and the values of ADUN are predicated on the institution becoming a ‘Global University Educating Luminary Leaders.’ Whatever we do in this University is underpinned by this particular vision – that it’s not going to be just like any other university, but the University that is committed to raising luminary leaders.”

Parents, guardians and staff of the University were in attendance as the students were admirably dressed in their matriculation gowns. The Nigerian Navy Holdings Ltd. ably represented by the Coordinator of the University, Commodore A Kpou (Rtd). While felicitating with the students, he emphasized the essence for the ceremony and enjoined staff and students to do everything possible to make the University very, very great”.

Recall that on 30th May, 2020 due to Covid-19 Pandemic and the Lockdown across the country, the University held her 2nd Matriculation online.

To God be the Glory!
